An Everyman’s oppressive present, reflecting his painful, abuse-filled past, reaches a raging tipping point and forces him to decide how he’ll live his life or if he’ll continue living at all.

PROJECT HISTORY:
Long Shadows began as a lark in early spring 2008. Proposed as a competition piece, Long Shadows blossomed into a massive stepping-stone for Lamplighter Productions.

Lamplighter produced the short film in June 2008, shooting the project on the Red One camera in 3 days with a cast of 30, a crew of 20.

Over the following 18 months, Lamplighter submitted Long Shadows to many film festivals & markets and finally found a home with an international distribution company with contacts to film buyers in Europe, Asia, Canada and the U.S.
