Partners

JASON DYER

Jason graduated with a BA in Screenwriting from the University of Central Florida. While working as a Production Assistant for Law and Order: Criminal Intent, NYPD Blue, Spiderman 2, Angels in America, and as an Assistant Director on several independent projects, Jason completed several feature length and short scripts. After writing a monthly fiction serial for ZINK Magazine from 2003 to 2004, Jason produced several short films including Spring First, which debuted at the Gotham Short Film Festival, and most recently directed and co-wrote Long Shadows with Jonathan Vaughn. Jason is a Co-Founder and Partner of Lamplighter Productions.

JONATHAN VAUGHN

A native of Nashville, Jonathan is a graduate of Virginia’s Hampden-Sydney College, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, and the Baruch College School of Public Affairs. His New York acting credits include: Sam Raimi’s For Love of the Game, and off-off-Broadway productions of The Real Inspector Hound, Tennessee Williams’ One Arm, David Zelnick’s Let a Hundred Flowers Bloom, and Ron Paolillo’s Who Can Say from This or That? Jonathan co-wrote and produced Lamplighter’s short film, Long Shadows, and has co-written a number of feature-length screenplays with Jason Dyer. Jonathan is a Co-Founder and Partner of Lamplighter Productions.

DB LEVIN

DB has written several feature and television scripts, including his dramatic play One Step Over, which received its extended-run world premiere in Los Angeles in 2006. Before that, he co-wrote the feature mockumentary, Bitter Jester (executive-produced by Richard Belzer and winner of the New York Independent Film Festival).  Additionally, DB’s plays have appeared on stages in both New York and LA and, as a director, he has helmed many off-Broadway works including Joe Hutcheson’s Magnolia Beaumont Goes to Provincetown and The Purpose of Matter in the Universe: The Geography of a Spiritual Crisis (2007 Midtown International Theatre Festival Nominee for Best One-Man Show).  In 1996, he served as a visiting artist at the Royal National Theater in London.  DB is a Partner of Lamplighter Productions.
